Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application

Once we're received your application, a member of the recruitment team will process this within 2-3 working days. If suitable, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
Stage 2

Telephone Interview

If your application is suitable, we'll schedule a Telephone Interview to learn more about your skills and experience. 
Stage 3

Online Interview

This second interview is an opportunity for you to discuss your background, experience and skills in more detail.
Stage 4

Offer of Contract

If successful, you will be offered a Bank Staff Education Specialist Agreement (BSESA).
Stage 5

Induction

In order to bee an Approved Education Specialist, you'll be required to complete your induction which includes the necessary background, employment and police checks as well as online safeguarding training.
Stage 6

Approval

Once all our Safer Recruitment checks have been signed off and your Induction completed, you will be an Approved Education Specialist and will be considered to work with our students.
